ORDERS
How can I order products?
Orders can exclusively be made through our website.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, adding or removing items is not possible once the order is confirmed.
We may attempt to cancel the entire order and suggest that you place a new order online with the accurate products.
How do I know if my order was successful?
Upon payment, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Additionally, you will receive an email notifying you when the order is fulfilled and transferred to the carrier service.
I didn't receive an order confirmation email after I was billed.
We recommend checking your Spam/Junk folder. If you don't find our emails there, please reach out to us at help@brunocycling.com.
PAYMENTS
Which payment options do you offer?
We provide various payment options depending on which country you are
checking out from. Some of the most commonly accepted cards for payment include Mastercard, VISA, and American Express.
For added convenience, we also accept payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.
Do you offer discounts?
Occasionally, we provide discounts, and it varies based on the campaign. These campaigns are shared across our social media channels, so stay tuned for updates.
SHIPPING
What are your shipping methods?
For fast and safe delivery, we use several trusted carriers. You can track your order every step of the way. Once you've placed your order, we'll promptly inform you about the carrier handling your delivery and provide the tracking details.
What is the shipping time?
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing and packing your order.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. For orders within Romania, our carriers typically delivers within 1-3 business days. EU shipping may take 5-15 business days, depending on your destination.
What Are Your Shipping Destinations?
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
Where I can find tracking for my order?
Once your package leaves our warehouse, the tracking link will be sent to you via a confirmation email. If you haven't received this email, please check your spam folder. If it's not there, please contact us at help@brunocycling.com
Will my order be subject to import duties & taxes?
Please be advised that local import duties differ based on country and region. It's the customer's responsibility to cover these taxes.
If you decline the shipment due to local import duties and taxes, the parcel will automatically return to us.

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
What are my options for returning a product?
We're committed to making your return process straightforward and hassle-free. Once we verify and accept your return request, we will promptly send you a return label. Simply follow the instructions provided with the label to send your package back to us.
How to submit a return request?
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation or click this link to request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
When will I receive the refund after returning items?
We will do our best to refund within
10 business days on your original payment method . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

LOSS
I did not receive my order yet, what can I do?
If you haven't received your items within 5 days for Romania and 15 days for the EU after receiving the order shipped notification, please contact us via email at help@brunocycling.com.
All deliveries are fully tracked and traced for your convenience.
- Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items dispatched to an incorrectly supplied address.
- If the items are not collected in time from the local depot or post office, resulting in the return of the item to us, an additional charge will be applied for reshipment.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash at 30 degrees
- Do not tumble dry or bleach
- Do not dry clean
- Wash with similar colours
FAULTY ITEMS
My item is faulty, what can I do?
At our core, we aim to provide high-quality products. While rare, faults may occasionally occur. If you suspect a fault in your product, please reach out to us at help@brunocycling.com.
We'll assist in arranging a replacement or refund if deemed appropriate. Please note, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
